
I evolved from a yoga practitioner to a yoga instructor following a career as a lawyer. I continue my yoga evolution. Yoga’s invitation to explore our external and internal energetic experiences draws me to the practice. My first yoga training was in the Vinyasa style, cultivating a mindful sequence of movement with breath through Sat Shakti 200 Hour Teacher Training with Liz Shulman Ortiz. My recent focus has been on Yin Yoga, focusing on the subtle energy layers of the body in long held stretches on the mat to hydrate and massage the fascia and energy channels, as informed by Traditional Chinese Medicine, through several certifications from the Summers School of Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Josh Summers. I enjoy guiding Yoga Nidra Meditation to further explore energetic transformations. I am also certified in Exhale to Inhale Teacher Training in trauma informed yoga. I am grateful for each opportunity to continue to learn and grow with those joining me on the mat in classes at the studio.
